One of the main benefits of Totango is that it empowers Sales & Customer-Success staff with realtime knowledge about accounts and their status. When a sales organization in a SaaS company starts using Totango, account executives become more helpful to and effective with their prospects, because they can understand what each new sign-up is doing and how successful they are in their evaluation.

Many of our customers use the Totango Salesforce Application. Today we released an upgrade to this component with some important new benefits:

  • * Health Indication in Salesforce: Totango will now show an account’s Health (Good, Average or Poor) in Salesforce.
  • * Better syncing of Opportunities: Totango will show an Accounts engagement data in any linked Opportunity object
  • * Better error handling and reporting

To install the Totango Salesforce Application, login to Totango and go to the Salesforce administration page to install the package.
