While at Dreamforce, Kevin Dobbs from Montclair Advisors stopped by our booth to chat with Guy the same day we released our 2nd annual SaaS metrics survey report.  Guy shared briefly that a new trend we discovered is that companies are moving towards finding better metrics to measure churn and customer success because they aren’t happy with what they currently have. “We see this as a trend moving into this notion we call the recurring customer value metrics and how you make sure your customer are geting value on an ongoing basis.”

On our partnership with Salesforce, he explained to Kevin how our integration with Salesforce helps users in Sales and Customer Success teams get customer engagement data right into this Salesforce app from Totango.
