Last year, our first ever Customer Success Summit was a sold-out success. Today I am excited to announce that the 2nd Annual Customer Success Summit: Building the playbook for Customer Success will be held on Wednesday March 19, 2014 in San Francisco at the Terra Gallery!

Here’s a little refresher on what went down last year: Zendesk said if you take care of your customers, good things will follow. Our CEO Guy revealed that 60% of early adopter SaaS companies have a Chief Customer Officer and/or Customer Success teams! Since then, we have seen a surge of interest, with more and more companies recognizing the pivotal role that customer success plays in the subscription economy. It will be interesting to see the progress that’s been made in the last year, the lessons learned, and what other thought-leaders are envisioning for the future of Customer Success.
