Customer Success Summit: Congratulations to our Customer Success Heroes!

Once again, a massive congratulations to our customer success heroes – winners of the Totango Customer Success Hero Award – who were recognized at the Customer Success Summit yesterday by peers and customers for exceling in Customer Success and pushing the envelope in defining the customer success role.

They were selected out of over 100 nominations based on the innovation they brought to customer success. Some were nominated by peers, others were nominated by customers they had helped.
