I am happy to present the 2nd annual Customer Success Salary Survey Report (formerly State of the Profession: Customer Success report). This year we received a 206% increase in responses from last year, which could attest to the fast growth of the Customer Success field. In 2013 we benchmarked the customer success profession, and now we are able to compare and contrast how its grown in the past year.
