Unbounce joins Totango to talk about building a culture of customer centricity

The Totango Tour traveled North to Vancouver for a night of informative sessions and great networking. The event kicked off with Omer Gotlieb, CCO and Co-founder at Totango followed by Ryan Engley, Director of Customer Success at Unbounce. Omer focused on best practices of Customer Success which brought forth a very relevant and thought provoking question – When is it important to add a human element to a Customer Success strategy? Omer shared his thoughts on the importance of focusing human interaction on high touch account as opposed to keeping automation for the low touch accounts.

Ryan presentationRyan’s presentation was extremely entertaining and covered everything from how he started in Customer Success as one of the first employees at Unbounce to how their Customer Success team has grown with the development of the company. His presentation also discussed the human element of providing excellent Customer Support and how to continue offering support as your customer base grows. From hiring strategies to video game analogies Ryan kept the crowd engaged and provided great insight to how Unbounce does Customer Success. You can view Ryan’s presentation here.

The event wrapped up with networking over hors d’oeuvres and drinks with both speakers present to answer question and talk more about their strategies along with tools that help their Customer Success teams.
