Just because the Oscars are done, doesn’t mean award season is over. We’ve just opened up nominations for the 2nd Annual Customer Success Hero Awards for both individuals and teams! The Customer Success Hero Awards are industry awards that recognize individuals and teams who go above and beyond. They are given out annually at the Customer Success Summit, which will take place March 23-24 in San Francisco.

Customer Success is an integral part of many organizations but often their efforts go unacknowledged. They are the unsung heroes of the business. The Customer Success Hero Award is for individuals who go above and beyond for their customers as well as their teams. Now is the time for you to recognize someone who’s excelled in Customer Success and has made an impact on you or your organization.

Who should you nominate?

A peer, someone you’ve worked with from another company, an executive who has built a phenomenal team or any customer success professional you’d like to give kudos to, really anyone who you feel deserves to be recognized for their work in Customer Success. To nominate your Customer Success Hero fill out this quick 2-minute form! The top heroes will be honored on stage at the Summit.

teamDo you have a rock star customer success team that is better than the rest? Do you wish you could shout about them from the mountain tops? Well here is your chance. The Customer Success Team Awards are new this year and are designed to show off what true success really looks like. We’re looking for teams that have great culture, show true innovation and, most importantly, are impactful when it comes to making their customers successful.

How do you nominate your team?

To get your team in the running to be recognized as the best Customer Success team around we’re asking that you do more than tell us, we want you to show us. Nominations must include a photo or a video that shows why your team deserves the #1 spot. This doesn’t have to be edited or stylized, just take your smartphone and start shooting! Once you’ve got your submission ready you just answer a few simple questions here.
