Awards are presented at the Customer Success Summit, the leading industry conference for customer success. This year’s event will take place March 21-22 in downtown San Francisco.
All customer success teams have their own Leonardo DiCaprio, the unsung heroes who always give their best performance. The Customer Success Hero Award is presented to the individuals who exemplify excellence for their customers and their team.
