With more than 20 years in customer-focused leadership and management, Krista is an innovative leader passionate about engaging customers and creating excellence in customer experience across industries. She has successfully designed and implemented customer-focused initiatives and creative customer engagement programs across multiple sectors of technology. In her current role at SAP, Krista leads a global team of digital engagement professionals focused on delivering a game changing and scalable digital post-sale experience for SAP cloud customers.

Dante Otero
Manager, Partner & Customer Experience
Google

Dante is the Manager of Partner & Customer Experience at Google Cloud. He is currently working with Hire, a new app that brings the power of Google to recruiting. The easy-to-use recruiting application helps small to medium businesses with their hiring needs. Prior to joining Google in 2011, Dante has held several roles in higher education, consulting, and in software development. Christina Kosmowski
Head of Customer Success
Slack

A technology veteran, Christina has spent nearly two decades holding leadership positions in the enterprise software space. She is currently the Head of the Global Customer Success & Services organization at Slack, where she is responsible for ensuring customers realize the type of business value from Slack that drives lifetime customer loyalty. Prior to Slack, Christina had a 15 year tenure at Salesforce, where she had overseen several functions, including renewals, consulting, support, and customer success management. In that time, she helped the company grow from 200 employees and $30 million in revenue to over 25,000 employees and $8 billion in revenue.

Christopher McNamara
VP, Customer Success
Glassdoor

As a former management consultant, entrepreneur and now Customer Success Executive, Chris has helped a broad range of teams and organizations think more deeply about how to acquire, engage and retain their target customers. As the Vice President of Customer Success at Glassdoor, he leads the teams responsible for enabling, delivering and demonstrating value to Glassdoor’s clients. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
