Highlights from TSW ‘18 in Las Vegas

We had a great time at the Technology and Services World (TSW) in Las Vegas networking, sharing ideas, and learning about the latest trends in technology services.

It was a valuable and insightful event and the turnout at our booth from prospects and customers plus the successful session with our CEO Guy Nirpaz and Dilip Kumar, COO of Dimension Data, as they presented how Dimension Data has achieved better business results overall running on Totango, was by far the highlights for us.

What was Covered at our Session

The session entitled Million Dollar Bet: Dimension Data is All-in for Customer Success, focused around the ROI that Dimension Data has seen 18 months into their partnership with Totango. In order to achieve a strategic and financial advantage in an increasingly competitive market, Dimension Data, a leader in IT Services Management, has made a significant investment in Customer Success with Totango. Dimension Data has seen benefits in a big way including accelerating their customer lifetime value while exceeding customer adoption, expansion, and renewals goals.
