Second, we recently shared the news about integrating our solutions with SAP to enable the customer-centered enterprise. Our CEO Guy Nirpaz and SAP EVP of Global Sales Ops Ken Hamel, announced the companies’ partnership onstage this week at SAP CX Live, speaking about the plan to help enterprise customers complete digital transformation with best practices for implementing a Customer Success solution.
Our CEO also spoke at SAP CX Live about his vision of the Customer Centered Economy. This innovative concept is what will take companies through the digital revolution to become more customer-centric.
