Last year, we experienced record business growth—we more than doubled our revenue and customer base, tripled our engineering and support staff, introduced Totango Spark, a next generation flagship customer success solution, and announced a go-to-market partnership with SAP among many other exciting milestones.
Although we’re less than two months into 2019, we’re in full execution mode, working to capitalize on another year of significant business growth and see our vision of the Customer Centered Economy take root.
We are building a world class team to help us execute on our continued business expansion. Today, I am pleased to share that we are adding three new executives to the Totango leadership team: Hamutal Russo, CFO; Bob Crissman, SVP of Channels; and Anne Ting, SVP of Marketing. Hamutal, Bob and Anne are seasoned industry veterans who bring unique leadership expertise and a wealth of knowledge in key business development areas – financial planning and fundraising, channel strategy, product marketing and communications – that will allow us to support our strategic initiatives and meet the customer success needs of enterprises worldwide.
Hamutal joins us as CFO from PerceptiMed, a medical technology company developing medication verification systems. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry with a specific expertise in strategic financial planning and fundraising for companies ranging from startups to established industry players. She has also served in various CFO positions at Linkage Biosciences, Scene53, BlueSnap and Orsense.
As the new SVP of Channels, Bob brings over 20 years of deep channel expertise to help us expand our channel strategy. He previously led channel strategy and programs at Vonage, Alfresco, Microsoft and VMware, building out comprehensive channel partnership and global sales programs that are still in use today. He has also been named a top Channel Chief by CRN in 2016 and 2017, and received a Top Channel Chief Award from Channel Partners in 2018.
Anne is a strategy, marketing and product leader with nearly 20 years of experience building enterprise-ready, scalable platforms. She joins us as SVP of Marketing, and most recently led global marketing at Unity Technologies, a real-time 3D development platform provider. She has also held company and marketing leadership roles at Qotient, Wishlife, Avnet, Synthe Consulting, Scientific Learning and Motorola.
