First, I would like to start by thanking all of you who joined us for a great Customer Success Team Summit in New York City last week! We had a great few days, discussing customer success best practices, sharing experiences and knowledge.
IBIZA focuses on improving the Portfolio Manager’s workflow – removing friction, reducing noise and delivering a more intuitive experience.
New, Modern User Experience
Today we are launching a new modern experience that will make the time you spend in Totango more enjoyable and effective, giving you full screen real estate and a cleaner view. You will note that now you can enjoy full screen real estate with cleaner experience. The navigation bar can be opened when needed from the upper left menu icon on demand.
In addition, we have moved the Tools section (common campaigns, segments, reports, and SuccessPlays) to its own Global SuccessBLOC, which is accessible to all users based on your permissions.
Customer Data Hub
We are excited to bring you the new Customer Data Hub! Available now, the faster and more intuitive Integration Hub enables you to rapidly integrate your customer data, reuse connection configurations, validate data, and view file content. For more information, visit our Knowledge Base.
IBIZA Release to General Audience
For those of you who have not yet experienced the great new features of IBIZA, this is the time to start. By November 25th, all IBIZA features will be opened by default for all customers.
