Create Accounts via Rapid Insights Forms
We are happy to share that Rapid Insights forms now not only enable you to streamline data input into Totango from members of your team, but also allow your team members to create a new customer account directly (within their set permissions).
Example Use Case:
Very often the Customer Success team thinks about their customer account structure differently than other parts of the organization, requiring them to track engagements on sub accounts that are not represented in the company’s CRM. In other words, creating accounts with Rapid Insights Forms allows the Customer Success team to control account creation and hierarchy independently, without the need for any changes to the company’s CRM or data inputs.
IBIZA Release to General Audience
For those who have not yet experienced the great new features of IBIZA, this is the time to start. By November 25th, all IBIZA features will be opened by default for all customers. We encourage you to take this time to enable the features and prepare your team for any upcoming changes.
