Winter is here, and we all definitely feel it! It’s 36 degrees outside where I’m based in California, and I know it’s much colder for many of you. This is the right time for us to close on Sedona with the last sprint and kick off our Jasper winter release.
As we close out Sedona, let’s review some highlights from this release:
Destination page
Destination Pages create a more intuitive, informative and respectful experience to Totango email campaign recipients, providing clear feedback on user actions and information about the next steps.
Brand Your Totango Experience
Admins can now customize the organization’s account in order to provide an enterprise-grade, branded experience for Totango users. This allows you to use a custom domain (ex: acme.totango.com) and brand the instance with your company logo.
Dynamic Assignment
Using Dynamic Assignment, Totango enables you to serve your customers quickly and effectively. Within seconds, Totango automatically selects and assigns a resource by matching your team’s skillsets and availability with the needs of the customer (language, time zone, etc.). This new model is our latest innovation that enables you to deliver Customer Success at scale, spending less time analyzing and more time working directly with customers.
These are just a few highlights of the enhancements brought to us by Sedona. To learn more about Sedona’s final sprint, visit today’s release notes.
As we begin our next sprint and kick off our winter release, we head to Jasper. We can’t wait to share it with you! To learn more about the exciting things in store, I invite you to join our Product Webinar on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 at 1pm EST / 10am PST. Register today!
Thanks, and stay warm!
