While the trees continue to bolster bright red and orange it is a great time of year to be grateful for what we have. I know I am thankful to be a part of a fantastic Totango Product and Engineering team that works hard to ensure you have a robust platform to drive successful outcomes for your customers.

With that being said, here are some updates from this latest release.
Improve Email Deliverability
Create a segment for emails that bounced so you can exclude them from your future sends to improve deliverability. Read more on Campaign Advanced Topics.
Triggering activity when an event didn’t happen
You can now filter your segment on things that happened in the past or, more importantly, did not happen at all.
For example, when asking about accounts that no one contacted them in the last quarter, you want to include accounts that were never contacted. Use the “Over X days ago or not exists” date filter option to express it.
We still have around 6 weeks until the end of the year and many new capabilities will be delivered by then. In the true holiday spirit, I will keep some of the work we are doing a surprise however here is a sneak peek. There will be new capabilities in SuccessPlays to enable you to create more robust and advanced workflows using new capabilities like changing automatic attributes, generating automatic alerts and more. This is not all, there will be product walkthroughs to enable new users to come aboard, continue our focus on integrating more data quickly and easily, and more.
