We are excited to announce the new Customer Success Summit Conference for 2019, an evolution of our premier industry event for customer success thought leaders, practitioners and visionaries. Customer Success Summit Conference Global Executive Forum

The inaugural Global Executive Forum isan invite-only event is for executives. This intimate event will host 60 top executives from leading enterprise companies with discussions on enhancing their current customer success strategies and the opportunity to network with like-minded industry leaders.

Held in beautiful Napa, CA from April 15-17, 2019, the Global Executive Forum will feature a variety of breakout and networking sessions for executive attendees. We’re thrilled that Edgar Papke will join us as the keynote speaker for the event. Papke, a globally recognized organizational and leadership psychologist, bestselling author and expert on the alignment and innovative development of organizations, teams and leadership, will share his unique insights and best practices for creating customer-centric organizations at the enterprise level.
